Role Description Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Product Management to engage across the enterprise to solve problems, deliver data-driven key business insights, and design, develop and commercialize product solutions that differentiate our organization in the healthcare industry. • Derive meaning from data and deploy robust solutions through development, validation, and delivery of analytical and executive reporting. • Collaborate with industry-leading analytics, data, and technology platforms, delivering powerful solutions that inform network strategy and design, improve consumer affordability, and enhance consumer experience. • Develop, validate, and execute methodologies and analytical models to investigate problems, detect patterns, and recommend solutions. • Explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms. • Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve business problems, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses. • Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics. • Guide analytical modeling and statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of different business interventions. • Support deployment of data-driven product enhancements by guiding data analytics through end-to-end product and pipeline development. • Translate business needs into analytical problems and apply analytical frameworks to product development. • Contribute to identification of new product opportunities and deliver comprehensive business case reviews and recommendations. • Own advancement of existing products with new and innovative approaches to deliver enterprise value. • Investigate and deliver on new and disruptive product strategies. • Identify and define complex business and technological issues, with a deep understanding of the intersection of the business and technical needs. • Develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis or measure success. • Compile analytical insights through effective data visualizations to facilitate or influence business decision making. • Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results to executive leadership and support alignment around business decisions. • Document projects, including business objectives, roadmaps, and timelines. • Apply principles and theoretical knowledge and expertise in programming, analytics, data modeling, statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization, including advanced analytic techniques. Qualifications • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. • Experience in R, Hadoop or Hive. • Experience in SAS or SQL programming. • Experience with visualization tools: PowerBI and Tableau. • Experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling. • Experience in data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business or retail sector. • Experience in marketing analytics, clinical trials, or health research. • Experience in developing data and analytics-based platform capabilities, services, or products. • Experience in healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy.
