Job Posting Title: Production Coordinator, Disney Vacation Club Req ID: 10129746 Job Description: About the Role & Team The Production Coordinator will support, implement and execute the creation of high-quality internal content that represents the Disney Vacation Club product and brand. This role partners closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to produce video, photo and live event content that engages, informs and recognizes Cast Members. You will operate in dynamic environments that require creativity, attention to detail and the ability to succeed under pressure. The Production Coordinator reports to the Communication & Integration Manager and sits in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This is a Full-Time role. What You Will Do Produce high-quality internal content for: Cast Events and Recognitions (onsite and studio-based) Ad hoc internal videos for Cast communication Professional headshot photos Training & Development and Sales Development programs Sales Cast Member Introduction Videos Set up and maintain recording equipment, including green screens, lighting, cameras, prompters, microphones, etc. Partner with Training & Development, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Member Services and Technology teams to align on messaging and execution. Coordinate and manage production logistics including scheduling, location setup and technical requirements. Support both East Coast operations as well as West Coast production needs. Edit and package content for internal distribution across various platforms. Maintain a production calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are communicated clearly. Manage production equipment, including inventory tracking, setup, operation and troubleshooting during shoots or events. Provide creative input and ensure all content adheres to brand and quality standards. Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience with video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio and editing. Photography experience for still-shots and marketing-quality assets. Experience working with talent and reviewing/writing scripts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with production software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, vMix). Comfort with technical setup and troubleshooting for both live and recorded events. Effective communication skills and ability to partner across teams and leadership levels. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Disney Vacation Club product. Knowledge and understanding of Walt Disney World Policies and Procedures. Experience with live event production and on-site coordination. Strong creative eye with the ability to storyboard or script short-form content. Experience in leading through influence or training.
