The Role: Associate Director of Product Design As an Associate Director of Product Design, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our provider-facing tools and platforms. You'll lead a team of talented UX designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of innovation. Your expertise in design thinking, product design, and team leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-impact solutions that meet the needs of our providers and drive business success. Key Responsibilities As an Associate Director of Product Design, your primary responsibilities will include: Experience Vision and Methodology: Develop and execute a clear strategy for the customer experience, aligning design and development efforts with business goals and customer needs. Team Collaboration and Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of skilled UX designers and design leads, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, continuous learning, and growth. Design Execution and Delivery: Use design thinking principles to create exceptional customer experiences that solve problems with elegance and simplicity. Project Leadership and Operations: Oversee project tasks, resource allocation, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a high level of quality. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Engineering, or a related field. Design Expertise: Solid understanding of design processes, including what is possible and what is difficult to achieve in a digital environment. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and listen to diverse perspectives. Design Tools and Software: Proficiency in current design tools like Figma, Sketch, Conceptual, Invision, Composer, UXPin, and Creative Suite. Portfolio and Experience: A strong online portfolio showcasing experience in shaping B2B, SAAS, or Enterprise platform experiences, with a focus on user-centered design, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Master's Degree in a related field. Experience in E-commerce: Prior experience in e-commerce or a related industry. Leadership Experience: Experience leading or managing a team of designers.
