Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tableau Data Analyst to join our team. As a Tableau Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining analytics software, deriving key insights from data, and driving business decisions through data-driven recommendations. Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate data anomalies, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and work with end-users to implement updates and train them on how to use Tableau analytics tools and visualizations. Standardization and Quality: Develop and enforce standard practices, audit peer reports, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output and drive a data culture. Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, market trends, and industry dynamics, with the ability to apply data insights to drive business decisions. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
