Job Summary As a Customer Service Supervisor at K9 Resorts, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm, and leadership to our team. You'll work closely with our General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of customer service representatives, and ensure that every guest (human and canine alike!) receives an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest receives an exceptional experience by providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to help them grow and develop in their roles. Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and maintenance. Communication: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication, mediation, and problem-solving. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive growth. Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, filling in wherever needed, including weekends and holidays. Essential Qualifications: Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Customer Service Skills: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues promptly. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to mediate and problem-solve. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and ability to learn new software. Dependability: Dependable and responsible, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Preferred Qualifications: Pet Industry Experience: Experience working in the pet industry or a related field. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights.
