Senior Creative Artworker - (German & English speaker) - Remote, Spain

The Senior Creative Artworker will oversee and produce creative production projects, ensuring the highest satisfaction of clients. The role involves managing a range of production projects, including print-ready artwork, project management, and mentoring junior team members. RequirementsConsiderable experience as a design and production focused artworker, mainly with print items and renders. Extensive experience in loyally and accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats. Agency, production agency and trade marketing experience preferred. Experience in dealing directly with clients is required. In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite. Advanced 3D rendering skills to create POS items (FSDU, Display, Totems, etc.)High level of pre-press knowledge is a must. Video editing/adaptation and motion graphics is expected. General automated artwork production and template building experience. Familiarity with both agency and wider marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad delivery platforms, approval/sign off tools, and collaborative and production workflows. Straightforward design, typographical and layout skills. Pre-flight and proofing background. High understanding of print materials, die-cuts. Photoshop and image retouching skills. Understanding of color management. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Ability to work on own initiative. Strong workload organisation and time management skillsAbility to build relationships and to communicate effectively. Service-driven. Excellent core Microsoft computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
