Clinical Educator - HIV PreventionPosition Overview:We are seeking a Clinical Educator to support healthcare providers in delivering inclusive and effective HIV prevention care. This role involves educating clinicians and staff on the administration, management, and support resources related to HIV PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) therapy. The Clinical Educator will collaborate closely with sales and reimbursement teams to engage pre-identified provider accounts, deliver tailored therapeutic education, and support improved patient care outcomes through hands-on training and program implementation. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute educational visits to pre-approved provider accounts within the assigned territoryCollaborate with internal field teams (sales, reimbursement) to align on territory strategy and educational opportunitiesDeliver approved curriculum to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and office staffProvide in-depth training on PrEP product administration, patient support programs, and care coordinationConduct full-office in-services on topics such as patient education strategies, cultural competence, and LGBTQ+ inclusive practicesEnhance provider ability to support diverse patient populations by addressing:Cultural sensitivity and inclusive communicationHealth literacy and simplified patient materialsSocial determinants of health and patient access to resourcesPersonalized treatment planning and supportRespond promptly to training requests and field inquiriesEnsure all activities are completed in a timely, compliant, and professional mannerTrack, document, and report educational activities according to internal standardsMaintain awareness of industry trends and bring insights back to enhance curriculum and engagement strategiesRequirements:Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredCurrent RN or NP license requiredValid driver's license2+ years of experience in healthcare education or pharmaceutical field trainingExperience working with HIV or infectious disease populations strongly preferredStrong public speaking and interpersonal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivityAbility to navigate clinical conversations and field real-world questions with confidence and credibilityAdaptable, proactive, and mission-driven with a passion for patient advocacyProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and virtual training platformsMust be eligible to participate in federal healthcare programsWork Conditions & Travel:Up to 50% travel within the assigned territoryStandard office/remote work environmentOccasional standing, walking, and presentation activities requiredMust be fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication skillsAs part of our recruiting process, we may contact you regarding positions we feel are a good fit or engage with you via SMS text message.
