About From Your Father From Your Father is a Christ-centered nonprofit in Nashville, TN, dedicated to equipping fatherless children and single mothers with the resources, hope, and dignity they deserve. Through monthly Love Boxes, community workshops, and mentorship, we walk alongside families who are often overlooked. Behind every program is a story: a mom who finally feels seen, a child who feels joy again, a community reminded that love shows up. About the Role We’re looking for a Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator who believes that generosity can change lives. Someone who isn’t afraid to ask, loves connecting with people, and understands that every conversation has the potential to create impact. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for community, a bold and relational spirit, and the organizational follow-through to move ideas into action. Key Responsibilities: Complete 2–5 fundraising asks per week (via calls, emails, Zoom, or in person) to grow our monthly support and connect with sponsors. Build relationships with donors, businesses, churches, and community members to foster a culture of generosity and partnership. Complete sponsorship request forms and small grant applications to secure funding for our programs and services. Use storyfunding to communicate how their giving makes a tangible difference in the lives of our families and community. Support donor follow-up and tracking to ensure a seamless giving experience. Partner with the Executive Director on key giving campaigns and outreach efforts to amplify our impact. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Is passionate about helping others and has a heart for service. Thrives on building relationships and making genuine connections with people from diverse backgrounds. Has strong communication skills and is confident making asks, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Is highly organized and consistent with follow-ups, ensuring timely and effective communication with donors and partners. Feels comfortable engaging new people and championing a cause they care about, even in the face of uncertainty or rejection. Bonus Points If You: Live in Middle Tennessee and can attend occasional in-person meetings or events to build relationships with donors and partners. Have experience in fundraising, sales, outreach, or grant writing, which would be a valuable asset in this role. Are familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, or Airtable, although proficiency is not required. Time Commitment: This part-time role requires approximately 4–6 hours of work per week, with flexibility to choose your own hours. The role includes independent outreach, virtual asks, and occasional team check-ins. Middle TN locals may also attend donor coffees, business visits, or church pitches to build relationships and secure funding. What You’ll Gain: A $350 monthly stipend to support your work and dedication to our mission. An opportunity to put your passion for people and purpose into action, making a tangible difference in the lives of our families and community. Real impact – your outreach helps fund meals, diapers, books, and workshops that bring hope and dignity to those who need it most. A welcoming team that celebrates your efforts and shares your heart for justice and hope. To Apply: Please send a short note about why you’re interested in this position and any relevant experience (sales, outreach, fundraising, or volunteering). We’re not looking for perfect – we’re looking for passion and purpose.
