You will work closely with our marketing effort leaders, teams, and central analysis group to build data and measurement requirements. You will also oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance, leading reviews, improving data processes surrounding data flow, and ensuring data accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, teams, and our central analysis group to build data and measurement requirements * Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance * Lead reviews, improve data processes surrounding data flow, and ensure data accuracy * Manage in-house processes for advertising experimentation * Track and log progressing studies/tests across Facebook, Instagram, and Courier * Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility * Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables * Work with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) * Experience working with cross-functional teams * Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources * Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances * Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Certification in data science or related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including SQL, data visualization, and cloud-based data platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at Meta, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the success of our organization.
