Description: • Support the Information Technology Telecommunications Help Desk in the Information Technology Center • Assist the Manager of IT Billing & Telecom Help Desk in a team environment • Answer and respond to Teldesk phone and email requests • Create service orders in the billing and ticketing system • Contact departments for service order authorizations • Perform billing reconciliations • Perform general office duties Requirements: • High attention to detail • Ability to troubleshoot and/or solve problems independently • Critical thinking skills • Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Excel • Excellend written and verbal communication skills • Experience with data entry • Experience with Customer Service • Complete the online application and upload a cover letter and resume Benefits: • This position is eligible for remote work • Part-time (20 hours per week) • Temporary hourly employment • Supportive and enriching workplace within the University of Wyoming community Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
