Job Summary We're looking for a talented Client Services Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and financial advisors. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our platform. This strategic role focuses on customer success and offers growth opportunities in both customer service and operations as we continue to scale our business. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Proactively communicate with clients and financial advisors to address their needs, provide product updates, and gather feedback. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, product, and sales, to ensure a cohesive client experience and drive continuous improvement. Document client interactions, track issues, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements. Contribute to the development of training materials, product documentation, and support resources to enhance the client experience. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and best practices in client services. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in the fintech, financial, insurance, or wealth management sectors. Strong knowledge of financial concepts, products, and regulations, or a willingness to learn. Experience with support desk platforms like FreshDesk or ZenDesk, or similar tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized support. A strong desire to learn, contribute to the team, and help people achieve their financial goals. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or communications. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with financial technology platforms, cash management solutions, or similar products. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or financial analysis.
