About the Role We're seeking an experienced Solutions Analyst to join our Labor Systems team. As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our labor and personnel management systems. You will work closely with our Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and provide exceptional service to our Cast Members. Key Responsibilities Follow established software development methodologies and testing procedures Provide timely and accurate results for clients Maintain an up-to-date understanding of IT technology and developments, including attending seminars, education events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation Maintain a strong knowledge of data integrations technology currently in use Participate in 'best practice' tasks in the pursuit of continuous improvement Provide high-level estimation based on preliminary requirements Break down complex problems into small and testable tasks Understand, recommend, and implement strong reporting and analytic architectures Build balanced and extensible solutions that require the minimum of resources to maintain Develop excellent, user-friendly solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders Collect, process, and analyze large data sets Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment Participate in on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or a comparable language * 1 or more years of experience working with data technology, such as (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or a comparable technology * Ability to think strategically and analyze data * Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and complete task obligations in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Ability to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively * Initiative to achieve results despite uncertainty by being proactive, self-motivating, and autonomous Preferred Qualifications While not required, it would be beneficial if you also have: * Knowledge of .
