Position Scope The Customer Service Representative role at Mammoth Tech is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues and exceed customer expectations. Duties & Responsibilities Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, providing timely and friendly responses to their inquiries. Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance targets. Record detailed notes of customer interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer communication. Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide seamless support and ensure the highest standards of customer service are met. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to stay connected with colleagues and clients. Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Work a customer service schedule based on high-volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry, ensuring that customer needs are met during peak periods. Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively to meet performance targets. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Required Skills/Abilities Clear and articulate telephone voice, with minimal background noise or distractions. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, demonstrating strong time management and self-motivation skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations. Reliable individual with a strong work ethic, consistently delivering excellent work performance. Experience with a multi-line phone system, with the ability to navigate complex technical systems. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, data entry, and word processing. Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to maintaining the reputation of Mammoth Tech and its clients. Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Qualification/Education and Experience Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. Strong customer service skills, with 1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity. High School diploma or GED required, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid government-issued ID. Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse, with a reliable internet connection. This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
