You'll play a crucial role in guiding families through the often-complex process of finding the perfect senior care community. Here's the essential responsibilities of the job: • Manage calls, actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions • Provide telephone support to our new and existing families by sharing education, pricing, and scheduling tours • Manage a high volume of calls and emails. • Develop new referral partnership agreements • Deliver outstanding service and follow up • Maintain accurate documentation for family follow up and provider information in our database • Possess exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Compensation consists of a starting hourly base wage of $18/hour + commission. After a ramp up period of 90 - 100 days on average, first year average compensation can reach up to $60,000 - $80,000 with no cap to your future earning potential!
