About the position Responsibilities • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. • Navigate multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently. • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance and performance. • Utilize available resources to exceed customer needs and expectations. Requirements • Must type a minimum of 25 WPM. • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word). • High school diploma or GED required. • Successful completion of mandatory training is necessary. • Customer service experience is required. Nice-to-haves • 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment preferred. • 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software preferred.
