About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients and nurses during after-hours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving queries, and providing timely responses to client and nurse concerns. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to Incoming Calls: Answer all incoming calls, providing a professional and courteous demeanor to clients and nurses. Resolve Client and Nurse Queries: Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours, escalating complex issues as necessary. Texting Platform Support: Provide timely responses to queries received through our texting platform. Caregiver Callouts and Scheduling: Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, confirming caregiver schedules 1-2 hours before shift start. Initial Intake and Documentation: Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services, documenting all scenarios on our platform and updating caregiver schedules as needed. Non-Urgent Admin Projects: Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows, contributing to the smooth operation of our after-hours team. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer Service Experience: 10+ years of work experience in customer service and office duties. Compassionate and Confident: A compassionate and confident individual, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and nurses. Responsible and Reliable: A responsible and reliable individual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Adaptable and Flexible: Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a willingness to work a 3-day working week with 4-hour shifts per day and Saturday and Sunday shifts of 12 hours per day. Preferred Qualifications: Staffing and/or Healthcare Experience: Experience working in staffing and/or healthcare, with a strong understanding of the industry. Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely and independently, with a proven track record of success in a remote work environment. Technical Skills: Impeccable phone and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
