The Assistant Director of Athlete Services is responsible for operational activities related to athletic equipment and uniforms, such as budgeting (working with the Associate Athletic Director for Operations), purchasing, payment authorization, distribution and inventory management, and maintenance. The Assistant Director of Athlete Services oversees student and casual employees, and, in partnership with the Equipment Manager, is responsible for reliable and timely delivery of laundry to support Bowdoin's 31 varsity programs. Standard Work Days and Hours This is a full-time, exempt-level position working 40 hours/48 weeks (0.92 FTE)The regular work schedule will typically be from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm with occasional nights and weekends during the academic year. and from 9:00 pm to 3:00 pm with no nights and weekend outside of the academic year.
