As a member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Oversee daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement store policies, procedures, and goals. Ensure compliance with company standards for merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and safety. Conduct regular store meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and motivate and engage staff. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations, customer service, and employee performance. Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Adhere to budget and financial targets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform decision-making and drive business growth. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, leading by example and promoting a positive work culture. Collaborate with HR to hire, train, and develop new employees to ensure a strong and capable team. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and safety regulations.
