[ad_1] Sr. Manager Infrastructure Program ManagerLOA: 15 months Location: Frisco, TX or RemoteNeedWe're looking for a Sr. Manager - Infrastructure Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives within the infrastructure domain. This senior leader will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and stakeholder requirements. You'll drive project success through effective collaboration, communication, and agile practices, and you'll be the go-to person for all infrastructure-related projects. Day-to-DayOn a day-to-day basis, this resource will lead and manage various infrastructure initiatives, ensuring project objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget. They'll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, using tools like Jira to track progress and maintain transparency. A key part of the role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement. This resource will also identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, while proactively communicating with stakeholders. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize work, and ensure seamless integration and delivery. Additionally, this resource will coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project execution and manage project budgets. Finally, they'll be responsible for building necessary reports and dashboards for executive tracking and communication and will actively mentor and grow a high-performing team. Must10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership capacity. Extensive experience managing large and complex infrastructure projects (e.g., network, compute, storage, cloud). Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional project teams and working with diverse stakeholders. Experience working in an agile shop and using tools like Jira to create project plans and manage workflows. Experience with budgeting and resource planning. Experience in a management capacity with teams working across multiple, diverse technologies and operational environments. PlusExperience with Planview. Demonstrated experience managing projects in two or more of the following technical disciplines: network architecture, cloud engineering, virtualization, storage, infrastructure automation, database management, or security infrastructure.
