Position at a Glance Company: Access TeleCare Compensation: Competitive salary Position: Consult Coordinator - Remote Full-Time Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote Responsibilities As a Consult Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced, 24/7 virtual hospital environment, managing requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care. Your key responsibilities will include: Effective Communication: Coordinate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely and efficient patient care. Consult Preparation: Assist with the preparation of consults for dispatch, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and accurately documented. Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians, facilitating timely handoffs to Tier 2 IT support when needed. Customer Service: Ensure courteous and respectful handling of all inbound and outbound phone calls from employees, clients, and clinical specialists. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient information, report any failures of SLA or company goals, and notify supervisors of conflicts or issues. Flexibility and Adaptability: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new technologies, systems, and procedures as needed. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Consult Coordinator at Access TeleCare, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification Required. Experience: At least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or IT. Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems.
