Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for data/text mining and analysis to enable informed business decisions Business Insights: Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis techniques to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources Solution Development: Create arrangements from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a broad range of audiences Technology: Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop meaningful insights and recommendations to management Data-Driven Decision-Making: Regularly use data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive navigation Leadership: Guide less senior staff, work on cross-functional projects, and present to management Requirements Education: Four-year degree in Data Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance) Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in analytics and examination, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis Skills: Proficient in analysis software and applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience: SAFE Agile Requirements gathering Probability and statistics TSQL/PLSQL Python or R Mathematical modeling Data analysis Technical Skills: Microsoft Azure Microsoft Power Platform Alteryx Python/R Automation Income Data Basic Accounting Knowledge What We Offer FedEx is committed to providing a competitive benefits package to our employees.
