As part of our commitment, we’re expanding our support team and looking for an entry-level Chat & Email Support Representative (Live Chat Specialist) to help us deliver timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to our clients remotely. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to client inquiries via live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. • Assist clients with questions related to listings, property details, appointments, and general company information. • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department. • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the database. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. • Uphold company standards of service and confidentiality always. Requirements • High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred). • Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or support roles is a plus, but not required. • Strong written communication skills with proper grammar and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask while handling multiple conversations at once. • Comfort using chat tools, email systems, and CRM software. • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
