As a key member of our customer success team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of these clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives, and scaling our contribution over time. You will collaborate closely with our Business, Product, and Design teams, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for: * Delivering an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships with clients, and understanding their business objectives and needs. * Executing and running client onboarding and enablement sessions with a 'train the coach' model to empower scale. * Developing and executing customer success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines. * Systematizing best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client communications. * Gathering and sharing client feedback with internal stakeholders, identifying common themes across clients to inform product development. * Collaborating closely with the Outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in a customer success (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, preferably working with a technical product. * A strong track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional customer experience. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders. * The ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in the product and with our clients. * A humble demeanor, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to learn and grow to drive success for both your team and our clients. * High energy, strong problem-solving skills, ability to switch between multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision, and a focus on delivering results. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with AI or machine learning products. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and customer success frameworks. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making. * Experience with customer success tools and platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. **What We Offer** At OpenAI, we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
