Location Palm Coast, United States of America Your Role As a Market Service Representative at Alleima, you will be the first interface to provide world class Market service to both existing and prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include: —Responding to customer needs and inquiries via phone or email —Processing and reviewing order flow —Handling customer claims and ensuring accuracy of customer information in computer systems —Supporting the sales team to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction —Managing escalation of unresolved customer inquiries — Other miscellaneous task About You You are a positive individual with a willingness to learn and a professional customer service attitude. Your excellent telephone and people skills enable you to handle direct and indirect communications with external customers, sales, production, finance, and management. You are organized, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively. Your proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, ensures you can manage customer orders, inquiries, invoicing, and documentation accurately. With a high school education or equivalent, you bring valuable customer service experience to the role, making you a key player in our team.
