Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on strategy, change management, and progress monitoring to help them overcome challenges and achieve success. Sales Growth: Qualify and close new opportunities with clients, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure that clients see the value in our solutions to drive revenue growth. Contract Execution: Oversee the proper execution of all aspects of client contracts, ensuring that deliverables are met and client satisfaction is maintained. Industry Expertise: Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retail industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices, to stay ahead of the curve and provide cutting-edge solutions to clients. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Retail Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail organization, preferably with a cross-functional background in managing merchandising, marketing, finance, supply chain, and digital analytics. Client-Facing Experience: Senior executive-level client-facing experience with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Sales Track Record: A proven track record of selling to clients and delivering complex and impactful client engagements that drive value and satisfaction. Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the retail industry, including its challenges, trends, and best practices, to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
