Job DescriptionThe Project Business Analyst is accountable for leading all aspects of multiple low/medium complexity projects. This role manages, with some support of a more senior project/program manager, projects that have a low/medium level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, concise requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Document, including functional Requirements, and Use Cases. Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews. Create process flows, data mappings, and workflow diagrams using tools like VisioWork closely with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirementsAssesses and reports health of all projects in an objective manner, maintains project transparency and accurate status; keeps managers and business areas informedEngages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigationCustomizes solutions for project issuesPlans and implements all aspects of projects or programsProvides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to project team to meet applicable business requirementsDrives project executionDrives achievement of project or program success factorsAchieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectivesEducation• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Experience2 or more years of experience (Preferred)Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience (Preferred)Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. CompensationBase compensation offered for this role is $55,500.00 - $83,280.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
