The Role: Data Collection Business Analysis We're seeking an experienced Data Collection Business Analyst to join our Cross-Channel Customer Intelligence group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive tracking and measurement approach across all of our channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new experiences to life for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead measurement planning and implementation across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and launch of real-time experiences. Translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive better customer experiences and business outcomes. Determine the best approaches for implementations that meet business needs, and develop scalable solutions to measure customer behavior and performance across channels. Conduct root cause analysis on performance anomalies, and provide recommendations to optimize and improve results. Develop and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and executives, and assist in optimization through A/B testing of experiences and campaigns. Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive results, influence change, and motivate others to take action. What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience in a related field. Experience with JavaScript, front-end development, and tag management. Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs. Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and data analysis principles. Preferred Qualifications: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge relationships with IT and business teams. Proven critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and hyper-changing environment. Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization techniques. The ability to drive results, positively influence change, and motivate others within a non-direct reporting structure.
