Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As an Account Executive - SMB Team Sales, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new business accounts within multiple geographic territories. Your primary focus will be on selling T-Mobile products, services, and solutions to SMB customers, leveraging your skills in prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and solution-based selling. Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, and identify customer needs to tailor sales recommendations. Utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, and negotiate and close deals. Work with leadership to develop your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, and participate in training opportunities to stay up-to-date on products and services. Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, and fully apply all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage your sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting, and be responsible for other duties and projects as assigned by business management. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have: A High School Diploma/GED (Required) or a Bachelor's Degree (Preferred). 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment. Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking. Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail. Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills. Proposal Writing Experience preparing, delivering, and following-up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred).
