You will be responsible for executing existing data analysis and reporting obligations, developing new dashboards and reports, and ensuring the quality of work output. You will also be expected to foster additional technical skills and topic expertise within the core functional team. **Key Responsibilities** * 30% Execute existing data analysis and reporting obligations, including: + Developing and maintaining complex data models and statistical models + Creating and maintaining data visualizations and reports + Ensuring data quality and integrity * 20% Use data analysis tools to develop new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests, including: + Developing and maintaining data visualization tools and dashboards + Creating and maintaining reports and data visualizations + Ensuring data quality and integrity * 20% Ensure the quality of work output, including: + Reviewing and validating data analysis and reporting results + Ensuring data quality and integrity + Identifying and mitigating data quality issues * 20% Foster additional technical skills and topic expertise within the core functional team, including: + Developing and maintaining technical skills and knowledge + Sharing knowledge and expertise with team members + Identifying and addressing knowledge gaps within the team * 10% Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall business plan, including: + Developing and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations + Ensuring that data analysis and reporting results are actionable and relevant to business stakeholders **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Supervisor. **Travel Requirements** This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** This position is spent mostly sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** This position is located in a comfortable indoor environment.
