Job Title: Full-Time Customer Support & Closing Specialist – Petfood Brand (Live Chat) Job Type: Full-time, long-term Industry: Direct-to-consumer pet products Language: English Description: We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the pet industry looking for a full-time customer support specialist. The position is focused on handling live chat conversations with existing or potential customers who reach out to us with product-related questions. This is not a basic support role. The ideal candidate will be able to: - Understand the customer’s needs and context - Ask the right questions to identify underlying issues - Recommend the most suitable product or solution - Convert conversations into successful sales when relevant - Follow up and ensure the client has a positive experience What we're looking for: - Full-time availability (aligned with European time) - Experience in customer service, ideally via live chat - Strong written communication skills in English - Ability to guide customers and handle objections with empathy - Reliable, autonomous, and looking for a long-term partnership - Comfortable with diagnosing needs and recommending solutions Nice to have: - Experience in e-commerce, pet-related products, or DTC brands - Previous experience in a support + sales hybrid role To apply: In your proposal, please briefly describe your past experience in customer support and confirm your weekly availability.
