Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. A passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and products, with the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to our customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
