We're now looking for a talented Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our team and help us scale our customer success efforts in 2022 and beyond. The Role: Bilingual Customer Success Representative As a Customer Success Representative at TestGorilla, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, painless, and accurate support via email, live chat, and other channels. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers get the most out of our product, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving adoption and renewal rates. Key Responsibilities: Answer written support inquiries via email and chat, educating customers on best practices, driving adoption, and increasing renewal rates Proactively reach out to customers to help with onboarding and provide ongoing support Assist with documentation, research, and other side projects as needed Provide customer-focused feedback to other teams, inspiring a success mindset throughout the organization Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with the development team to resolve customer concerns Become an expert in all areas of TestGorilla, staying up-to-date on product developments and features What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product. As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you'll need to be natively proficient in English and have effective communication skills in either Spanish, French, German, or Dutch. Essential Qualifications: Experience working in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product Native proficiency in English and effective communication skills in either Spanish, French, German, or Dutch Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex subjects into clear and simple language Strong problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and proactive approach to troubleshooting Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous knowledge of HubSpot, Confluence, Jira, and support ticketing platforms Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growing company Familiarity with HR tech and recruitment industry trends What You'll Gain As a Customer Success Representative at TestGorilla, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of HR tech and make a real impact on our customers' lives.
