Key Responsibilities As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for: Providing troubleshooting assistance to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat Resolving technical issues related to internet, email, and other services Escalating complex issues to senior support specialists as needed Documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions in our ticketing system Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and services Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Possess a computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old) Have a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15' or larger monitor Have an internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred Be able to sit for extended periods of time and have manual dexterity Type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy Have a quiet and distraction-free workspace Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates who: Have previous experience in technical support or customer service Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Are excellent communicators and have strong interpersonal skills Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Are flexible and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits At OneSupport, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: $12/hour starting salary, with opportunities for advancement Paid time off (PTO) accrual starting on day one Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with matching (depending on employment status) Flexible schedule and remote work arrangement Ongoing training and development opportunities Career Growth and Learning Opportunities We are committed to promoting exclusively from within and providing opportunities for career growth and advancement.
