Job Summary The Actuarial Development Program is a full-time, long-term program designed to develop future leaders in the actuarial field. As a program analyst, you will work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to various aspects of the business. The program is designed to accelerate your overall development, not just your actuarial skills. You will gain a broad understanding of the healthcare industry, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and learn to communicate complex ideas effectively. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and manage risk Develop and maintain actuarial models, tools, and processes to support business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to business problems Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners Participate in various rotations across the actuarial organization to gain exposure to different areas of the business Develop and maintain technical capabilities, including proficiency in programming languages, such as SAS, Python, and SQL Rotations and Key Areas of Focus As an Actuarial Development Program Analyst, you will participate in four rotations, each lasting several months. These rotations will immerse you in key business areas and provide exposure to various aspects of the actuarial organization.
