Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator (Night Shift) to support our administrative operations during off-hours. This role ensures seamless coordination of internal processes, data entry, documentation, and administrative support to various departments. You will act as a vital bridge between different functions, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently throughout the night. Ideal for candidates who are self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Manage nightly administrative tasks, including updating records, databases, and internal files. • Monitor and respond to internal emails and communications after hours. • Coordinate documentation workflows, ensuring timely data entry and accurate filing. • Prepare and distribute reports for management and departmental review. • Maintain digital records and ensure data integrity across all platforms. • Assist in processing internal requests from HR, Operations, and Support Teams. • Track office supplies, digital tools, and ensure smooth night operations. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Provide night-time support to team members across different time zones as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred). • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or a similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or back-office support experience. • Prior night shift or remote work experience is an advantage. • Experience in working with data entry systems, CRMs, or office management tools is a plus.
