[ad_1] Position Summary:This position will provide legal support for (1) a wide variety of ESOP transactions and other matters in which Trust is an ESOP trustee and (2) litigationEssential Functions:Deploy an understanding of ERISA and tax laws applicable to ESOPsPrepare, review and/or negotiate the terms of purchase and sale and related documents for ESOP transactionsHelp manage lawsuits and S. Department of Labor investigationsConduct legal research for litigation and S. Department of Labor investigationsAssist in the preparation of motions, briefs, and other court filings and responses to U. S.
