Job Summary As a Clerk I with Andeo Group LLC, you'll play a critical role in providing administrative support to our team. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, gathering and verifying information, and utilizing your technical skills to complete tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of clerical duties, such as: Sorting and filing correspondence, invoices, receipts, and other records Collecting information for specified report formats Maintaining files, posting records, and compiling statistical data Making and checking calculations, preparing and sorting mail, and proofreading documents Completing forms and checking for accuracy Gather, compile, and verify information, and perform data entry tasks Follow clearly detailed procedures to complete repetitive clerical steps, such as: Data entry Filing Operating basic office equipment (i.e., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, and minimal computer programs) Assist in a variety of administrative matters, including: Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness Compiling information Scheduling Handling and adjusting complaints Select from alternative methods and refer problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures Utilize experience and knowledge to determine the clerical steps to be used, depending on the task, and recognize problems that require referral to others Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Adept at learning new technologies to perform data entry, manage calendars, and create reports Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role Familiarity with database management and reporting tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Skills and Competencies Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new technologies Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to new situations and challenges Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Andeo Group LLC, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development to our team members.
