Job Summary We're seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Service Agents. Manage customer complaints and issues related to oversales, flight delays or cancellations, and lost or damaged baggage. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and airport operations. Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, including abnormality and complaint reports. Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to fulfill job requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to work in a team environment, meet productivity standards, and adapt to changing situations. Knowledge of airline operations, customer service principles, and conflict resolution techniques. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, airline operations, or a related field.
