Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues effectively. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Basic computer skills, with the ability to operate airport equipment and software. The ability to lift and handle baggage, as well as stand for long periods. A valid government-issued ID and the ability to obtain any necessary security clearances. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: A degree from an accredited institution. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Knowledge of airport operations and procedures. Fluency in multiple languages.
