Assist customers with reserving and renting facilities, registering for classes and programs, and responding to letters and routine correspondence. Process payments, handle cash, and prepare deposits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Review and process invoices, payment requests, and track costs, ensuring proper coding and resolving errors. Prepare, compile, and maintain data, including databases, documents, and statistical reports. Oversee the safe and proper operation of assigned facilities and activities, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations. Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, other company employees, and the public, using principles of good customer service. Identify and report maintenance requirements, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field; experience in a remote work environment a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in database management and reporting. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
