About the Role As an Account Manager for Web3 & AWS Startups at Workwarp, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for early, mid, and late-stage startup customers in the Web3 ecosystem. Your mission will be to understand their business and technology challenges and demonstrate how AWS can help them innovate and scale their operations. You will work closely with founders, executives, and technical teams to align AWS services with their needs, leveraging the full potential of cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). Key Responsibilities Customer Success: Ensure the success of early, mid, and late-stage startups by providing tailored guidance and support. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory through strategic sales engagements and go-to-market strategies. Customer Adoption: Accelerate customer adoption of AWS services through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies. Quarterly Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets, developing and executing comprehensive account/territory plans. Value Propositions: Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services, building and delivering proposals that meet customer needs. Strategic Relationships: Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, engaging with Founders, CxO, Board of Directors, and VC influencers. Partner Collaboration: Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption, gathering and sharing insights and feedback from customers. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction, driving business growth and adoption of AWS within the Web3 space. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A strong understanding of cloud computing and Web3 technologies. Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the startup or cloud computing industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel to meet with customers and utilize office space on a hybrid basis. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working with AWS or other cloud computing platforms. Knowledge of AI, ML, and other emerging technologies. A background in Web3 or blockchain technology. Previous experience working with startups or early-stage companies.
