Job Summary As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in organizing and processing critical information. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently inputting a variety of data, such as board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and more, into our user interface. You'll work independently with limited oversight, utilizing your analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Analysis: Analyze documents to find relevant data to add into our FACIS database, and perform additional research as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness. Communication and Collaboration: Clearly communicate with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, and articulate data transformation processes effectively. Project Management: Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, and demonstrate self-motivation to work day-to-day with limited oversight. Quality and Efficiency: Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, complete items within the Data Entry queue, and ensure work is accurate and done right the first time. Continuous Learning: Utilize provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance, and test new methods thoroughly to ensure excellence. Essential Qualifications Education and Experience Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Age: Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience: No prior experience necessary, but healthcare industry experience and data entry experience are preferred. Skills and Abilities Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Time Management: Ability to learn quickly, adjust priorities throughout the day, and meet pressing deadlines and expectations. Initiative and Ownership: Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects.
