Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our DHL Same Day team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will work closely with our pricing team to develop and implement pricing structures for prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the outreach team to support the RFP process and develop pricing structures for prospective DHL Same Day clients Align with internal organization operations and procurement to respond to custom solutions in a timely manner Analyze shipment volume and revenue to determine the effectiveness and profitability of pricing structures Develop tailored solutions to fit client needs and drive high margins Assist in setting overall rates and rules for sales teams to use in setting rates for individual clients Understand airline costing tables and challenge/question when necessary Develop and maintain tools to support general estimating efforts Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and clients Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred Related experience in transportation/logistics or a related field, or experience working in a data/financial analysis role supporting pricing proposals and rate structures Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a logistics or supply chain management role Familiarity with pricing and revenue management principles Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $25/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for career growth and professional development Work Environment and Culture At DHL, we pride ourselves on a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee development.
