Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Package Pickup and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Disney Springs. As a Package Pickup and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all packages are handled with care and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages to guests in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that all packages are handled with care and attention to detail Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all packages are processed and delivered correctly Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Maintain accurate records of package pickups and deliveries, using our computerized system to track and manage packages Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the package pickup and delivery process are running smoothly and efficiently Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest procedures and technologies Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a package pickup and delivery environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our computerized system to track and manage packages Physical ability to lift and carry packages, as well as stand for long periods of time Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a theme park or resort environment Knowledge of Disney parks and resorts, including Disney Springs Experience working with computerized systems, including package tracking and management software Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages spoken by our international guests Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and direct team members Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the package pickup and delivery process are running smoothly and efficiently Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Disney Springs, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
