Citizenship Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Enrolled student attending a college or Bachelor's Degree program or higher from an accredited course of study with a graduation date prior to August 2026 • Previously interned with Boeing Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Passion for the aerospace industry • Academic excellence with strong performance, internships that provided strong leadership qualities • Attention to details with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly • High collaboration and strong communication skills tailoring across multi-function audiences Typical Education & Experience for Level 1 Roles: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Typical Education & Experience for Level 2 Roles: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 years' related work experience, etc.) Typical Education & Experience for Level 3 Roles: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Some of these positions offer relocation based on candidate eligibility.
