We’re looking for an Account Manager for our Industrial Division!
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a healthy business relationship with clients and coordinating all necessary activities to successfully carry out business opportunities. They provide consulting services and build a relationship with clients from the quotation stage through to after-sales service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow sales of all our products with current and prospective clients by delivering impeccable service;
  • Build a trusting relationship with clients to become THE go-to expert in the field;
  • Provide accurate and prompt quotations and process orders efficiently;
  • Produce strategic analyses to ensure strong business development;
  • Ensure product and client profitability;
  • Analyze the competition and develop growth strategies;
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry fairs;
  • Plan and lead business meetings with clients.

Qualifications Required:
  • Strong communication and organizational focus;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an account manager or in sales;
  • Experience in the industrial lifting or wire rope industry (major asset);
  • Education in sales or any related field;
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with English-speaking clients outside of Quebec;
  • High computer proficiency: Windows environment (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.), ERP systems (Business Central or other), etc.
