Job Overview The Customer Support and Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and maintaining Sun Country Airlines' land seller products, including hotel, car, transfers, insurance, and other related services. This role will involve setting up and maintaining merchant contract rules, pricing and inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely display in all distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain land seller profiles in the tour management system, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain relationships, and inventory allocations, where applicable Set up and maintain all pricing and other selling rules for all direct land merchants Set up design and rules for all electronically connected sellers Manage the land product work for new destinations Monitor land product competitive landscape and suggest and set up margin strategies where appropriate Participate in the investigation of tour management system technology issues and third-party technology integrations (e.g., IBS and HotelBeds); serve as a contact with third-party suppliers where suitable Provide pricing and objective data to marketing materials Collaborate with the Product Development team on individual seller issues requiring clarification and/or resolution, as well as assist with hotel oversell situations Assist other SCA departments with questions or issues related to destinations and land product offerings Provide and assist SCA offices with customer resolution for land products on a case-by-case basis Collaborate with Product Development to create and meet annual open-for-sale (OFS) timeline Assist the Product Operations Coordinator with hotel inventory management, land reporting, and other tasks as needed Assist with crisis management for catastrophic events and emergency situations Establish and foster delegating relationships with partners at all levels Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Basic analytical and effective problem-solving skills with creative solutions Meticulous and highly organized Ability to work independently and collaboratively Self-motivated Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present to senior management Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of travel or hospitality experience Knowledge of Sun Country Airlines programs, policies, and procedures Knowledge of Sun Country Airlines Reservation systems Experience with Microsoft Power BI Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Sun Country Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
