We are seeking a dedicated Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. This fully remote, commission-based role offers flexible hours so you can manage your own schedule and maintain work-life balance. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling appointments (at least 3 qualified appointments per month, roughly 1 per week) and earning commission on each successful booking. Responsibilities In this role you will set appointments with potential clients as your primary task. Your key duties include: Conduct outreach (calls/emails): Reach out to prospective leads using our scripts to qualify them for appointments. Schedule appointments: Book and confirm at least 1 qualified appointment per week (minimum 3 per month) with interested prospects. Maintain CRM records: Log every interaction and update each lead’s status in our CRM after calls or emails. Follow up: Send reminders and confirm meeting details via email or text as needed. Collaborate virtually: Use tools like Notion and Slack to update the team on progress, follow provided guidelines, and coordinate next steps. (All training materials and processes are documented in Notion.) Qualifications Success in remote roles requires self-motivation, strong communication, and organization. We look for candidates who are self-driven and can work without constant supervision. Ideal qualifications include: Self-motivated & Independent: Able to work on your own and take initiative. Strong Communication: Clear phone and written English skills to engage leads (remote work heavily relies on written communication). Organized & Detail-Oriented: Manage your time and tasks efficiently; follow processes and track each lead’s status. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning our tools (CRM, Notion, email, etc.). Results-Driven: Persistent and positive attitude, aiming to meet or exceed the target of 3 appointments per month. Reliable Setup: A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection and phone (or VoIP setup) for making calls and attending online team meetings.
