About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry position. As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of quality, efficiency, and innovation by analyzing data and identifying patterns and trends to improve our quality control processes. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in collecting, verifying, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. Help create and present results from complex data analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities. Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding. Help create and disseminate specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team. Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors. Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following skills and experience: Experience with data analysis software such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar tools. Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to create engaging presentations. Prior experience in a related field, such as quality control or data analysis. Experience with process improvement and change management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
