About Catapult Learning and FullBloom Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, provides intervention programs for students and professional development solutions for teachers in K-12 schools. With a team of experienced coaches, we strengthen the capacity of teachers and leaders to raise and sustain student achievement. Our intervention programs support struggling learners with instruction tailored to their unique needs. FullBloom, founded in 1976, annually supports over 170,000 children and 25,000 educators in more than 1,100 school districts across three divisions: Catapult Learning, Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), and Little Leaves Behavioral Services. Key Responsibilities: Driving Sales Excellence and Strategic Growth As the Director of School Partnerships - Special Education, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business relationships and expanding existing partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales Cycle Management: Own the In-District Classroom (IDC) sales cycle for your assigned territory, from target and prospect identification through to contract close. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and our in-house Proposals Team to ensure seamless operations and drive business growth. Prospect Identification and Attraction: Identify and attract targets and prospects for IDC sales through targeted marketing campaigns, current customer referrals, and relevant conferences. Sales Planning and Oversight: Develop and oversee a sales plan targeting attractive prospects to achieve revenue and profit goals. Proposal Development Leadership: Collaborate with our in-house proposals team to lead the development of sales proposals that showcase our IDC solutions and services. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Special Education directors, district leaders, school board members, community leaders, and other influential constituents. Key Account Strategy Implementation: Implement key account strategies to drive new and expansion business, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Strategic Planning: Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings focused on growth efforts, sharing insights and expertise to inform business decisions. Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify attractive markets that align favorable funding frameworks with FullBloom's suite of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional services. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: At least eight years of related sales experience with K-12 solution and service-based models, preferably in special education or a related field. Deep understanding of K-12/Special Education buying cycles and the complexities of the education sector. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries, with a history of driving revenue growth and expanding business partnerships. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline management, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales excellence. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills will be considered a plus: Experience working in special education or a related field, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educators and students. Knowledge of FullBloom's services and solutions, including our IDC model, professional development, and direct student services. Experience with sales planning and strategy development, with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.
